We have three rooms available, please note we only take bookings for a minimum of 2 nights.
Our twin room is located on the 2nd floor with a view looking straight onto the harbour. The rate for this room is £85 per night (£65 single occupancy).
This room includes 2 single beds, a private bathroom with a shower, tea and coffee facilities, a selection of snacks.
Our double room is located on the 3rd floor and boasts panoramic views across the harbour and along the coast. The rate for this room is £95 per night (£70 single occupancy).
This room includes a double bed, a fridge stocked with snacks, a private bathroom, and tea and coffee facilities.
Our single room is a pretty room located on the ground floor. It had its own shower room and is perfect for those who’d rather not climb the stairs ! The rate for this room is £60 per night.
This room also includes tea and coffee making facilities, and snacks.
Please note these are room only rates.
Breakfast is not provided, but there is a brand new cafe offering yummy breakfast pastries and hot drinks two minutes away. The ‘Giddy Gannet’ which you can follow on Instagram.
As the house is south facing and all the windows are on the front of the house, each room boasts spectacular views across the firth of forth.
From here you can see the May Isle, Bass Rock and even Edinburgh on a clear day.
Grannies Harbour has rooms available for the 150th Open Golf championship at The Old Course St Andrews from 10th to 17th July. This will be a minimum of 4 nights' stay. Price available on Asking.
